Recently batch 2007-09 visited IIMA.

BBA Farewell 2008

19th of March, 2008 will remain etched in the memories of IMSians as the most memorable and nostalgic evening. A farewell was given by the BBA - II students amidst all the differences dissolving and bonds strengthening and promises to remain in touch with each other. Apart from the much expected weeping and the usual emotional melodrama, no one left any stone unturned to make sure that they hopped till they dropped - literally.

The seniors were welcomed amid huge cheers and applause and lots of balloons.......and were seated on specific tables which seemed like a conspiracy to seat the enemies together and the friends apart! ha ha ha........Then after some awesome presentations by the juniors, a few meticulously planned games were played which were enjoyed by one and all.

Then the seniors shared their past experiences in the college and thanked all for their support and everything. It was at this moment that many hearts melted and the 'ganga-jamuna' started. But that was just a part of the show, actually, an inevitable part.

Then there was masti at its best. Dance, dance and more dance. Feet didn't seem to stop and everyone wished to hold the moment.

The whole arrangement was superb and flawless. From the beginning to the end - everything was well planned and organized. Every soul rejoiced and that's a reason enough to say that the party was a grand success!!

Farewell 2008....

Hello!!!!!

The farewell 2008 was organized in college campus on 16th Match 2008. Juniors had a mind-blowing decoration at lobby of college.Seniors were honored with Titles and Gifts.In the absences of faculties judges, On the basis of polling Mr. Sanddep Pagalia was selected as Mr. IMS, and Ms. Sheetal Surana selected as Ms. IMS.

Setting up new trend Mr. Amit Priya Dave was selected as Mr. Personality and Ms. Garima Kochar selected as Ms. Personality. Mr. Tapan Sharma and Ms. Kanika Jain were rewarded with the title as Mr. Intellectual and Ms. Intellectual.

At the award function Director Sir and faculty members were also present. The party was ended with Dance and Dinner.
It was very emotional moments for senior batch.

Introducing Henry Mathur to all the IMSIANs.......................................

Who is Henry???????

Here is the Brand Henry(B-day:7th Jan)

One may call him Cute, Taddy-bear, Golu or anything you want. But he was in Love with IMS for two years. He used to reach IMS at 7:50 or 8:00 Am before Girdhari Ji(Chowkidar) opens the main gate and he used to leave the college building when chowkidar forces him to go home at 3:30 or 4:00 PM.

Important note about him is he has 100 % attendance for tow years(not in classes but in college), except two days(exactly 5th and 6th September 2006) when his Tau ji expired. This is open challenge from Vinit, if any buddy can point out a single day when HM was not in college.

Those who knows Henry, particularly our classmates, unfortunately if you pass your mobile number to Henry, he will send you same sms 20 times, and still you cann't do anything.....................Just saying Henry Mere se kya galti hogaye?????? Bhai maf karde Inbox full hai.

And now boys......................what is Henry......................everyone know. You cann't keep his sms more than a single minute.

Every buddy in IMS whether he/she is BBA student or MBA student knows "Henry Sir" and his Cool Nature. Specially Girls from our class cann't be online if Henry is online, he start teasing, creating fun.

Whatever function/program(M-fest, Farewell, Fresher, RVM, B-quiz etc) we organize in college, that means "Henry Ki Beti ki Shadi Hai," and every our classmate take and perform his responcibilities because he is Chacha of that beti now.

He was selected Mr. Fresher 2006, obviously he came with a tag line that Herny For Every. As he enter Yahoo!! IMSIAN group................his two lines start a HEAVY Weight Discussion there.............and simply that Henry wants. If anybuddy have a Good Plan(related to IMS) just throw it in front of Henry.....................reply you will get.................."Yes"........Bolo Kya Karna Hai.

Simply Henry is great asset( may be current asset) to IMS, but History of IMS will remember such a guy for 100% attendence to college, dedication, devotion towards college.

If things would have in my hand then definately I would like to rewad this guy for his craze, devotion, dedication for IMS.

Visit of Mr. Sanjeev Jain(Batch 1993-95)

Dear All, it was our great pleasure to have prestigious moments with Mr. Sanjeev Jain, Territory Manager, HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited,Bikaner. He is our proud alumnus from the batch of 1993-95. He shared his invaluable experience of corporate life with the current batches. He also assured to support students to organize placements and summer training in any sector. He also invited us to contact him for further assistance.

BBA Freshers Party: 9th Dec. 2007

Fresher's party of BBA was organized on 9th Dec. 2007.Mr. Rahul Daga was selected as Mr. Fresher(BBA) and Miss Swapnil Bist as Miss Freshers. In the rocking party Mr. Aashish Arora and Miss Sonal Rathore were selected as Mr. & Miss personality respectively. The Judges were Last year winners Mr. Ghanshyam Kalla, Miss Shruti Ahuja, Mr.Nikhil Sethia & Miss Purva Arora. After the competition there were dance and dinner also. Juniors from BBA(I) were pleased with the party organized by seniors and Final years seniors also grace the party with their presence.

Rahul Verma Quiz-2008(RVM)

Dear All!!!!
Historical, Memorable Rahul Verma Memorial Quiz was organized
on 9th of January 2008. Six teams from various management college of Bikaner participated.The Team from BBA(I Year),IMS Bikaner won the quiz.Team from Keen college was at 2nd Place.Mr. S.K. Popli was chief gust on the occasion,he is well-known lecturer from BJSR(Main Campus) and now a days Director at Keen College.Ms. Karishma and Preeti from IMS won the title and MS. Neha and Mr. Manva were runner ups.
Mr. Rahul Verma was student of IMS(1986), unfortunately he passed away during the studies, he was a keen quizzer, IMS is organizing RVM quiz in his memory from last two decades. At the beginning of RVM homage was paid to Late Mr. Verma.
Dr. Chandra Shekhar Shrimali was the quiz coordinator. It was a combined effort by senior students to organize the quiz but still role of Miss Kriti Agarwal(BBA III) and Miss Naina Baid(BBA III) can't be ignored. Kriti herself is a very good quizzer . She was well supported by Naina, Vinit, Henry, Tapn, Kanika,Nitin,Sandeep, Priyanka Sonawat, Garima Mathur, Anjani Kochar.
