A working Placement Cell

Now we have a well-working placement cell. Our head/guide is Dr. T.K. Jain, Senior Faculty, IMS, Bikaner. Other members from students. We are organizing regularly guest lectures from various field persons, inviting companies interview, placements. Soon we are going to organize a Alumni Meet also.

Our alumni are working with Many Giant companies like zee network, Mittal group, TOI, Airtel, Reliance, Birla group, Shree Group, UB group and many more.

Placement cell members are: Vinit Mathur, Sandeep Pugalia, Amit Dave, Kanika, Rishi, Kanchan, Tina, Sandhaya, Ashutosh.

We are also looking for better placement for BBA batches also.

BBA 2nd batch (2005-08)

These are the genius guys of BBA final year batch. Some of these guys performed in various entrance exams for PG courses like CAT, MAT, GMAT.

First Batch Of BBA 2007

Now BBA is also part of our college, first batch of BBA passed this year July. It is a three year graduation course.Specialization is also offered in final year.

MBA Freshers 2007 Moon Walk

The freshers party of MBA was organized on 7th of Dec. at Rasoi Restaurant. Mr. Ashutosh Swami was selected as Mr. Fresher and Ms. Vandna was selected as Miss Fresher 2007. And Ms. Tina Bhala was selected as Ms. Personality and Mr. Pulesh Kumar was selected as Mr. Personality.The party was based on a great theme: "Love" and given a name "Moon Walk." It was a great party. Junior Beauties were looking awesome in Red Saries and gentlemen were in Black suit. And senior Gals were in Pink Saries and Seniors gentlemen were also in black suit with pink shirt. The party was rocking with light romantic instrumental music. Thanks to all juniors and seniors for their coordination. It was a great effort by MBA part II.

Reliance Insurance Guest Lecture

There was a guest lecture of Mr. Rahul Mathur(BM, Reliance Insurance) Bikaner. Mr. Mathur guide students about various opportunities in Insurance field like sales, operations, trainee. More than that a small segment of B-quiz was also there.

Entrepreneurs seminar :18 Dec

There was Entrepreneurs seminar At IMS Bikaner. The chief guest was MR. N.K. Choudhary, Founder and chairman, Jaipur Rugs, Jaipur. He shared is valuable experience with Management students. It was great honor to have such big personality with us. He is a person with vision, mission and down to earth person. Some other renowned industrialists from Bikaner were also present there. Mr. Meghraj Bothra, Mr. K.C. Bothra, Mr. Sumit Kochar, Mr. Sidhart Surana and MR. Shanti Lal Bothra were present there and they shared their valuable experience with all the students. Key thoughts of industrialists were:

>> Self confidence.

>> Learn from failures.

>> Continuity and consistency

>> Down to earth.

>> Assign right work to right person.

>> Determination.

The institute of Rampuria family supported by some prominent citizens of Bikaner brought this MBA college Institute Of Management Studies, Bikaner in existence in the year 1984 and since then it has been growing as a center of excellence in management education.
