The institute of Rampuria family supported by some prominent citizens of Bikaner brought this MBA college Institute Of Management Studies, Bikaner in existence in the year 1984 and since then it has been growing as a center of excellence in management education. In thepast the institute has shown its quality performance by giving its nurtured brains to various reputed organizations. The institute was awarded with grade 'A+' and 'A' according to surveys conducted by Business India in recent past.The training to budding managers is imparted by updating them with the functional knowledge and communicating about human dynamics in the context of global competition and cultural diversity, specially focusing on the need of the organization working in public and private sector. The learning process is intensive and reinforced individual as well as group study, making use of both participative and interactive methods.The students of the institute have always stood as rank holders in the university and alumni are working with multinational corporations and public sector enterprises at senior positions in the country and abroad.Teachers put their best of efforts in growing the personality of the participants, as a result they are maintaining the positions in the university as well as securing jobs in reputed organizations.To impart quality education, Institute has adopted the combination of following methods of teaching - Classroom teaching, case studies, guest lectures, seminars, industrial cum educational tour, management games and quizzes, on job practical training etc.The Institute of Management Studies, Bikaner conducts two year full time MBA programme approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) , offering 60 seats in all.
